IT Infrastructure & Support

The layer nobody thinks about until it stops.

Compute, surveillance, physical infrastructure and the service contract that keeps it all running — installed by the same team that builds the software running on top of it.

Infrastructure by accumulation

Most infrastructure was never designed. It accumulated — a server bought for a workload that has since changed, a switch added when someone needed a port, a camera fitted by a vendor who never spoke to whoever runs the network. It works, until the day it doesn’t, and then the first hour goes on establishing whose problem it is.

What we get called about:

Servers sized for the pastRunning, but not for what they are now being asked to do.
Support that is a phone numberNo ticket, no history, no way to show what was promised.
Surveillance installed separatelyBy vendors who never discussed bandwidth, storage or retention with each other.
Equipment mounted on anythingA scanner 100mm from where the operator needs it, worked around for two years.
Records nobody can produceWarranty and asset detail that surfaces only when an audit asks.
Downtime spent on attributionThree vendors, each confident it is one of the other two.

The work here is usually less about buying new equipment than about making what is already there accountable.

01
// Run

Compute & Surveillance

Servers, endpoints and CCTV, sized for the workload rather than for the catalogue.

Surveillance is a network decision as much as a camera decision — bandwidth, storage and retention determine what the system can actually deliver, and they are usually settled after the cameras are bought. We design both together, which is the advantage of the network practice sitting in the same building.

Servers & storage

Rack and tower deployments specified against the workload they will carry, not the one on the datasheet.

Workstations & endpoints

Shop-floor and office systems built, imaged and rolled out ready to work.

CCTV & access

Surveillance designed alongside the network that carries it, with retention agreed before install.

02
// Fit

Custom Fabrication

Industrial PC tables, scanner mounts, workstations and stands, built to the line rather than adapted to it.

This is the part almost nobody else offers. A scanner mount that is 100mm from where the operator can comfortably reach gets worked around every shift for two years, and nobody logs it as a fault. We fabricate to the station — the height, the reach, the cable route, the fact that someone has to clean around it.

Industrial enclosures

PC tables, scanner mounts and stands engineered for factory conditions and factory cleaning.

Racks & cabling

2U to 42U racks, structured cabling and terminations that a future engineer can follow.

Made to fit

Built to the line, at the height and reach the operator actually works at.

AMC & On-Site Support

One contract covering IT and AIDC hardware together — because on your floor they are one system.

An AMC is worth exactly what its response looks like on a bad day. Ours runs through a ticketed portal so response is tracked rather than remembered, covers IT and AIDC equipment under the same agreement, and is delivered by field engineers based in the state rather than dispatched to it.

Annual maintenance

Comprehensive contracts covering IT and AIDC hardware together, including consumables where relevant.

Field team

Engineers operating across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka from four offices — Ramnad, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Chennai.

Ticketed support

A support portal with tracked response and a record of what was promised, not a number that rings out.

How We Deliver

The same four steps on every engagement, whatever its size.

01

Assess

What is actually installed, what it is running, what is still in warranty, and where the single points of failure sit. You get the inventory whether or not you engage us.

02

Design

Target state sized against real workload, with capacity planning and a replacement schedule instead of replacement-on-failure.

03

Implement

Supplied, built, mounted, cabled and labelled — with asset records handed over as part of the job, not chased afterwards.

04

Operate

AMC with tracked response, on-site repair, warranty handling with the manufacturer, and an asset register kept current.

The asset inventory is yours at the end of the assessment, engaged or not. A great many plants genuinely do not have one.

Case Studies

Proof for this practice is better shown than written. A gallery of real builds — a rack with cables dressed and labelled, a fabricated PC table on a line, a scanner mount in use, a CCTV install, a cabling termination — belongs here. Six photographs and two-line captions. See the site README for the shot list.

Hardware,
Included

Every solution we deliver comes with the hardware to run it. As authorised partners we source genuine, fully warranted equipment — quoted, delivered and supported by the same team that designed the system, so procurement never becomes the reason a project slips.

Where a requirement falls outside our four practices, we will still source it if we can support it — and tell you plainly when we can’t.

Three Ways
To Work With Us

Choose the delivery model that fits the problem, not the other way round.

Project delivery

Defined scope and timeline. Best for a refresh, a new facility or a site build-out.

Managed services

AMC with tracked response, covering IT and AIDC hardware under one agreement.

Consulting

Targeted work — an infrastructure audit, a capacity review, or an asset register built from scratch.

Before You Call

Do you cover hardware you didn’t supply?
Yes. Most AMCs we take on include equipment bought from someone else. We audit it first so both sides know its condition and what is still under manufacturer warranty before the contract starts — no surprises in month three.
What is your on-site response time?
Our field team works from four offices across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, so response is from within the state rather than dispatched into it. Committed response windows are set in the AMC and depend on site and cover level — ask us for the one that applies to you.
Can you fabricate to our drawings, or do you design it?
Either. If you have drawings we build to them. More often we measure the station, discuss it with the person who works there, and design the mount or table around how the job is actually done.
Do you handle warranty claims with the manufacturer?
Yes, for equipment we supply, and for equipment under AMC where the warranty is still live. It is part of why an asset register with purchase dates is worth keeping — most warranty value is lost to missing paperwork, not expiry.
Can you take over an existing AMC part-way through?
Yes. We audit what is covered, identify the gaps, and can run alongside the existing contract until it expires if that is cleaner than a mid-term switch.
Which locations do you cover?
Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, from offices in Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and Chennai. Sites outside that footprint are handled case by case — ask us before assuming we can’t.

Let’s make your infrastructure accountable.

Start with an audit. We document what is installed, what it is running, what is still in warranty and where the risk sits — and the inventory is yours either way.
